How to contact the SCALUE® support team?

For any contact to the SCALUE® support team, please go to the menue item Contact and use the form to get in touch with us. By clicking the Submit button your email is send to training@scalue.com.

Your valuable feedback and suggestions for improvements will help us to continuously work on our product to increase the customer experience and services.

How to set up your login?

The initial access is send to you automatically by email. After your first login you can go to the menue item Settings and:

CHANGE THE PASSWORD Please use a password with at least 8 characters and click on the Save button.

RESET THE PASSWORD If you forgot your password please go to https://training.scalue.com then click on Forgot your password? to reset your password.

Please note that it is not possible to change a user name or email address. If you need to do this, please got to the menue item Contact and get in touch with our support team.

How to start courses?

To start a course, please go to menue item Courses and start a course by clicking on the preview text or Start course at the bottom of the box.

How to use the library
